Not very exciting right now but this painting had one of my favorite progressions in development.

Here is a photo of the painting and the spot that I usually paint at.

Here is a photo of the first paint layer.  This layer is important because it was key to building the texture of the painting.

Here is a little while later after several thinner erosions of the first layer and some additional color layers.

I was not please with the depth of the color so I bolstered it.
